Is just that, very easy drinking blonde ale that pairs well with our food offerings. This ale is a great entry level beer for those of you who are new to the craft brew world. The blonde is a great crossover for domestic beer drinkers. 27 IBU

On tap at Walldorff. Hazy straw-yellow body, thick off-white head. Light herbal hops nose. Herbal body with corn and other off-flavors, light metallic cereals. This beer wasn’t brewed for me, but that doesn’t mean I don’t like it.

had this opening night in four pack sampler. not a bad blonde but not a memorable one eaither. golden color and a wheat taste peeking through the cream flavor.
