Pours a clear golden hue with fine streams of effervescing bubbles that pool into a thin head of white foam. Jagged, wet lines of lacing try their best to cling to the glass. The aroma is big on bubblegum and banana esters, followed by creamy lemon chiffon and peppery-sweet candied orange peel. The flavor is somewhat lactic, reminiscent of sweet banana pudding, though with a doughy yeast character and a lightly peppery, floral hop bite. Medium bodied, the residual sugar makes it a touch syrupy on the finish. hopscotch (5507), Vero Beach, Florida, USA

The nose is very fruity – tropical – with an intimation of ginger root. Medium-bodied with tickling carbonation. Fruity, moderately sweet and mildly tart. Finishes up much the same and then dries out. Bottle courtesy of GoT! CharlesDarwin (1849), Point Judith, Rhode Island, USA

Flickr(http://www.flickr.com/photos/26049401@N0 A very well carbonated open and pour. Near gushing. Aroma is strong in banana-like esters, creamy, and backed with a good bit of wheat character. Rich and spicy. Nice. Pours a vibrantly clear golden, with a rocky, very tall, quick-fading, super-lacing, clean white head. Minerals, yeast, bread, and bananas greet the tongue. Fresh and prickly. Then a cascade of phenols, an edge of cinnamon sugar, and some Taiwanese star fruit. A very refreshing pour. Nice, light, dry and balanced. Well done. Ends in a unique cool cucumber splash.
