Walnut Brewery Daylight Rye

Aroma is of freash bread and slightly taosted cereal maltiness. Lightly fruity, with some zesty citrus zing. Light and clean, easy to drink.

Draught. Head is mostly diminishing. Body is light to medium yellow. Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (toasted grain), lightly to moderately hoppy (grapefruit), lightly yeasty (dough), with a light note of lemongrass. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Cascadey nose, not that interesting but still, not too shabby for Walnut.

Draught at Walnut Brewery. Pours pale gold with a thin rocky white head that stays at the glass edge; spotty lacing. Rye grain malt and citrus hop aromas. Grain(rye) malt and yeast body, bread-like. Light and crisp spicy palate.
