Light-bodied, dry maltiness with an assertive hoppy character that provides a fresh satisfying flavor. For the ideal combination, pair Indian Peaks with any of our pastas.

we moved down the board to the ipa or is that a pale ale. better be a pale ale for the way it tastes. descent enough, with a medium flavor of floral hops and water. slight malt backbone follows. very clear and golden for this beer.

Tap at Walnut Brewery. Pours light yellow with a thin white head; lined lacing. Fruit sweet hop aroma with malt hints. Citrus hop and rind flavor with a fruity malt body. Light and spicy palate.

super light yellow color. I thought they screwed up the order on the sampler, actually. Pleasant hoppy nose. A tad water in the palate department, but the hoppy flavor (mostly floral) was nice and thirst quenching. finishes clean. surprisingly tasty despite the aspen edge color.

Fantastic. Good bitter finish. Nice carbonation. This was worth going to the brewery to have.

Yellow-gold and clear. Sharply carbonated and crisp. Light malts with a sweet base. Flowery, citrusy, herbal and bitter hops. A little too "held back" in my opinion, but still drinkable and enjoyable.

Head is initially small, creamy, white, fully diminishing. Body is clear light yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (grain), lightly hoppy (flowers, citrus - lemon), lightly yeasty (dough). Flavor is lightly sweet, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly bitter. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.
