Head is initially average sized, creamy, white, mostly lasting. Body is dark red-brown. Aroma is lightly malty (light bread, milk chocolate), lightly yeasty (dough), with a moderate raspberry note. Flavor is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly acidic, moderately bitter. Medium body, dry and creamy texture, lively carbonation.
