Dec 11, 2006 On tap at the Walnut Brew Pub in Boulder, CO. Poured a medium and lightly hazy orange color with a small sized off white head. Aromas of citrus and light toasted malts. Tastes of nuts, toasted malts, citrus, caramel.

Nov 6, 2006 on tap-pours a white head and copper color. Aroma is sweet malt. Taste is sweet malt-caramel, nutty, secondary hops with some bite. Easy drinking, OK carbonation.

Jan 11, 2002 Head is initially small, creamy, white, fully diminishing. Body is clear medium amber. Aroma is lightly malty (caramel), lightly hoppy (pine, citrus - grapefruit). Flavor is lightly sweet, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly bitter. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.

Nov 2, 2007 Tap @ Walnut: Poured a clear red maber color with an off-white head. The aroma was of sweet toffee and mildly fruity malt. Some earthiness. The flavor was of caramel sweet malt. The hops are earthy with some citrus on the end. Medium body and semi-dry.
