I think it was called Rosie or something like that. Nice looking bottle. Deep golden coloured. Hoppy and grainy aroma. Sweet malty flavour with a grassy hop finish. Balanced and refreshing. | 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 22, 2005 Hazy yellow-gold (cold haze?); fluffy dirty-white head, leaving shards of lace. Very grainy nose, straw, fresh yeast . Markedly sourish tang around corn flakes, (green)malt in the background; just a bit of sweet, bit herbal. Light bodied, but some grist slickness. Surprising pils. Sourishness is particular, but not off-putting. This ought to have a much wider public. The only small (pils!)brewery in Belgium malting its own! skortila (2905), Bunnik, Netherlands
