Commercial Description:
Our semi-dry cider is styled after the fine ciders of Somerset, England. Just shy of dry, this cider has just the perfect amount of residual sugar to bring forward the delicate fruit and light ginger spice. This cider has a nice delicate weight that finishes with ripe apple skin flavors. Notes of dried fruit, ripe pear, citrus and green apple make this a beautiful pair to fish, poultry, pork, barbeque, or by itself on the porch. Serve chilled.

Bottle. Pours with a small, fizzy, quickly leaving white head. Aroma is sweet apples, ginger, and cinnamon. Taste is sweet at first, then dry, then finishes, tart/sour. It is sourness/acidity is enough to make me think that my bottle might have a bit of brett or some other wild yeast in it (but in a pleasant way). Water like mouthfeel. Lighly fizzy.

Nice gold hue, no head. Aroma is sweet, with red apples, dried fruit, white wine. Taste is sweet with red apples, pear, somewhat earthy. Light and sweet.

Very clear pour with a small white head to it, nice light amber hue. This cider was on the sweeter side, light tartness up front and mild acidity, then nice sweet apple flavor followed. Enjoyable sweeter cider.

Pours clean, crystal yellow, some tiny bubbles lazily erupt from the glass bottom. Aroma is floral, sweet light malt (hay) and a green apple, grape nose. Tart green apple, slightly sweet and moderately acidic flavor that makes your mouth water, even as you drink, alcohol notes near the end. Light but firm body, clean palate.

Bright gold hue. Spritzy, vinous texture. Kind of like sweet white wine, but with a healthy amount of sourness. Nice apple aromas, and they didn’t smack me in the face like some ciders I’ve had. Reminiscent of mead, in a way. Seemed fairly clean. Pleasantly drinkable.
