Sep 9, 2008 Bottle.Nice amber pour,with a tannish head.Aroma of caramel, bread, maybe some faint fruit. A charred malt and caramel taste with a little fruit,and a slight hop finish. Way better as it warms,takes on a sweeter note. Nice offering.

Amber gold with a decent off white head. A reasonable balance of grassy hop and caramel malt. Rather sweet in the mouth with faint notes of hazelnut. Sweet again in the finish that is a little too swift and uneventful.

Aug 13, 2008 Bottled - GBBF 2008. A light amber coloured beer with an off-white coloured head. The aroma is fruity with caramel notes. The taste has more caramel together with toffee. Nutty and a bit bockish. Fairly ordinary.

Aug 9, 2008 Served at Biaggi’s in Fort Wayne, this poured a clear amber with small white head and and light lacing. Noise of caramel malts and some floral hops. Smooth mouthfeel. Flavor is sweet malts, light floral and grassy hops, and some aromas of wood or nuts. Sweet finish. Would make a great session beer.
