Pours golden, cloudy with at hin mostly receding white head. Aroma is yeasty, banana, apple, and lemon. Taste is lightly sweet, yeasty, and bready. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with lively carbonation. Lightly sweet, drinkable, but not great.

12oz bottle from Party Pak Liquors (Indianapolis, IN). Pours a cloudy dark yellow with thin white head. Little head retention or lacing. Aroma is sweet and malty with notes of honey, wet hay, spice. Flavor is similar with more prominent spice, wheat, and coriander notes. Initially, this beer reminds us of Hoegaarden, but as it warms, it takes on a sweetness that is more suggestive of a tripel style ale. Regardless, a nice exemplar of the German hefe style. Generally light to medium body with a crisp finish.

Moderate wheat and yeast in the nose. Mildly wheaty with a littlle yeast and very little fruit. A bit of spice A non-descript american wheat. Doesn’t seem very Hefe at all contrary to the commercial description.

A Mes rate: Bottle at GBBF.
Hazy yellow with a thin white head. A very wheaty and boring beer. Slightly estery and citric with some late spice. Dull and a little bit rough.

Bottled - GBBF2008. A hazy, light gold coloured beer. Wheaty and spicy, fairly nice nose. However some nasty wheaty and yeasty flavours. Not for me, thanks.
