Aug 10, 2008 Bottle from liquor store here in Fort Wayne, IN. This pretty much completes my odyssey here locally. Overall the beers here are not bad, but nothing was outstanding, and this is another one. Poured a hazy yellow with small white head and little lacing. Nose of wheat and yeast, and a light mouthfeel. Flavor is kind of classic hefe. Not too bad and a good American example of this type.

Aug 9, 2008 Bottle at GBBF 08. Cloudy yellow, good condition. Nice clove wheat beer aroma. Soft on the tongue, hoppy with a bit of sourness.

Aug 8, 2008 Bottled@GBBF2008. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is sweet fruits, coriander and wheat. Flavour is toffee, wheat, spices and mild fruityness and yeastyness too.

Aug 8, 2008 Bottle at GBBF 08. Hazy gold, no head. Some banana. Thin metallic, banana and lemon in the mouth. Just very poor. No body, and it doesn’t seem to know what it is.

May 9, 2008 Bottle. unfiltered wheat beer...sour taste with citrus mixes well with the wheat and yeast. Not a favorite but a decent beer by an up and coming brewery.

Apr 18, 2008 Hazy yellow color with a frothy white head. Light citrus nose with some yeast and spice. Very tingly on the tongue. Lemon rind, banana, light clove, yeasty dough, and a finish that sweetens up a bit. Nothing really exciting, but nothing offensive either.
