Commercial Description:
Warhawk Pale Ale is the best pale ale I've ever tasted. It is a truly "drinkable" pale ale. Warhawk Pale Ale is an American-Style Pale Ale, which means that it has assertive American hop character. You can really taste the Cascade hops. But what makes this a "drinkable" pale ale is the malt. We use premium 2-row malt and 3 specialty malts to give this beer the full malt complexity required to balance a "hoppy" beer. If you're a Pale Ale fan, you will absolutely love this beer. I guarantee it.

Pours copper with a creamy white head. Smells of citrus, spice, bread, grass. Tastes of caramel and oranges with some nice spicy hints.

Bottle: Pours a light copper color with a medium-sized white head and some fine lacing. Light, sweet malt aroma. There’s some floral and piney hop accents that linger but aren’t really at the forefront. Light body leads to a flavor profile that follows the aroma exactly. NIce, session brew from the locals.

Clean crisp ale. Decent hops throughout. You basic pale ale all around. The higher alcohol content isn’t noticed, which makes it a decent buy for a fun 6 pack night.

Clear amber-orange body, thin clumping buff head. Bitter, leafy hops nose with thin bready malts. Watery body, soapy, with herbal, piney hops. Bitter. Serviceable.

This shocked me. It was just a real good pale ale with a real well balanced flavor. Just a little light, but real tasty. the appearance was dark golden with a nice cloud to it.

Bottle and served in standard pint glass: Pours a amber hue with a nice rocky frothy head and good lace. The aroma has notes of citric PNW hops, caramel and bready malts, clove and pepper, dusty yeast esters. By far the best nose of any of the Warbird entries. The taste has a restrained grassy and resiny hop note balanced by a clean malt character. Some spice and herbal tones upon the finish. The mouth feel is medium-bodied and above average for the genre, mildly aggressive and yet smooth finish. A high quality APA, hope the new brewer doesn’t screw this one up.

12 oz.bottle: Pours a clear copper with a thin off-white head that diminishes rather quickly. Hoppy aroma has hints of citrus and floral. Flavor is malty with hints of grapefruit and caramel. Texture is creamy with a bitter finish. Well balance and very drinkable. A good brew for any pale ale lovers out there.

clear dark gold, fine dirty white head, sweet caramel malt and citrus aroma, sweet caramel malt flavor, lots of citrus hops balance the caramel and provide a dominant character, nice bitterness builds towards a long finish,
