Commercial Description:
It is of a beautiful dark golden colour with a deep lustre. It has the color of honey and the transparency of spring water, as well as an excellent body and taste. It is very well saturated with carbon dioxide and has a pleasant, noble hops bitter, as well as a unique malt-hops taste.

Golden amber with an OK head. The flavour is round and sweetish with hoppy and floral notes. The bitterness is Ok and develops further in the finish.

Honeyish colour with fast dissapearing head. No aroma. Taste was a bit of malt, a bit of bitter. A drop of fruit and spice. Neutral mouthfeel, slightly grainy.

Dark golden body with thick bubbly, quickly receding white head. Flavor of barley malt and toasted bread with present alcohol bite. Rather unidimensional flavor, but drinkable. Palate is of average consistency for a strong beer the added carbonation was well worth it. Has many elements in common with dark english ales but falls short in the aftertaste and the palate is much thinner. I’ll agree with the last post in that this is an ideal beer to get pissed with.

warka strong
low froth is typical for a strong lager, amber dark, carbonated and very sweet, not refreshing, easy to get pissed with it
warka strong dwuslodowe
it is acctually quite better than the regular warka strong. DWUSLODOWE means DOUBLE MALTED, dark and pilzen malt. It is not so sweet, rounded taste, still no head, there is sone hop note and alc is not so aicidic,
the ratings refer to the lattter one

Very dark for a lager. Sweet, feels a bit stale. Actually I can’t figure out anything really positive to say about this. It tasted like a strong lager, yet it didn’t have the nice full eastern european non-bitter hoppy taste. I prefered Okocim over this.

Bottle: Gold, light head and lacing. The nose is lightly malty, some dusty husk and light adjunct. Not very hoppy but the alcohol is faint. The flavor is clean, light, a bit hoppy in the finish and a light clean watery body. Nice, but a bit lacking.

Pours a brownish/yellow with small white head. Fairly sweet and pretty carbonated. Not bad.

Can:Yellow clear colour, with a white foam. Aroma of lots of malt and hops, and alc sweety. Flavor is almost the same, sweet, citric alc, and cocoa. Thin body, short finish.
