Feb 8, 2009 I was really impressed with this lager. The most pleasant flavor was the malts. You could actually taste the caramel malts heavily on the palate without being overly sweet. Best Polish lager by far.

Jan 23, 2009 Pours orange with a small off white head. Caramel malt and floral aroma. Flavour is malt, alcohol and spicy hops. Alcohol in the finish, an OK beer.

Jan 21, 2009 Orange gold with off white head. Aroma is like sugar with alcohol, and a hint of soapy hops. Flavour is quite sweet, prunes, toasty malt, and quite fruity.

Dec 19, 2008 500ml can, shared with Finn. Golden-amber in appearance. Off-white, quickly diminishing foam. Sweet smell of earthy malts. Very sweet fruity taste added by almond and toffee. Masked alcohol by all the sweetness [Tromsø, 22.11.2008].

Dec 13, 2008 Bottle as Warka 7% ; Strong is not on the label; BB 06 19 2009. From Corti Bros. in Sacramento, CA. Brilliant orange tinged golden color with a decent near white head. Aroma of grain and a bit of alcohol. Hint of hop spice. Medium body with frothy carbonation. Flavor is sweetish malt with detectable grassy/spicey hop. Finishes a bit sweet. Surprisingly, it is not a drain pour.
