Poured a clear light orange color with a white head that dissipated quickly. Smelled of honey, light cereal grain, and grass. Light to medium bodied and sweet. Tasted like honey and biscuits. Eh. Not much personality. JonnyDr (132), , South Yorkshire, England

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Sep 3, 2008 500 ml can. Pale golden and crystal clear. Slightly papery aroma with a hint of grass and citrus. Obviousy, from the aroma, a bit stronger than your average pale lager. Feels rich. Medium-bodied. Not that high carbonation level, but still crisp. Balances nicely, but this is definitely not a particularly interesting beer. Dull. Uses high alpha hops for bitterness. SHIG (2044), Aviano, Italy

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 22, 2008 (Purchased at Babusha’s Russian Deli, in Walnut Creek, CA) Didn’t make much of a noise when the cap was popped, but it did create a large head. Amber body. Aroma actually reminds me of warmed ketchup (strange I know, but that’s what came to mind). Flavors clearly on the side of malt. Not really much hop character really obvious there. Not a bad beer at all considering its one of the Eastern European pilsners, which are usually very watery and taste all the same. The flavor leads me to believe it would hold its own against a really heavy curry. leaparsons (4752), Leicester, Leicestershire, England

Aromas are sweet grain and caramel with Peppery and alcohol notes. Flavours are grain and corn with buttery notes. Quite viscous with alcohol and a kind of fruitiness on the finish. Average.
