| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Oct 26, 2007 Looks mostly like a pale lager. Flavor is pretty plain, but also tasty. Some dryness in the middle that is probably the most noticeable trait. This grows on you. mjg74 (2000), La Mesa, California, USA

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Oct 13, 2007 On tap at Redlefsen’s in Bristol RI on their Ocktoberfest night. A little darker and richer than the Spaten OktFest they had. The finish is a crisp acidic taste with hoppy notes. Aftertaste dry and long lasting. Is worth a shot, but i enjoy others much more. conor23 (110), Elgin, Illinois, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Oct 12, 2007 Aroma is subtle and a little sweet. Flavor is stronger than the Warsteiner pils. Slight alcohol bite to it, with a maltier aftertaste. Nice beer to go with a hearty dinner.
