| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 18, 2005 I had a pitcher of this at the Irondequoit Octoberfest with my good friend JB (and our wives). Very light amber in color with a small head. Somewhat sweet in flavor with plenty of malts. Suprisingly thin body that was very smooth. It went down fast and on to the next picther. I dreaded those lines to buy tickets then buy beer wuth the tickets. The Octoberfest lost power for acouple hours. It was not bad until it got dark out. Then some well placed trucks headlights and acouple generators helped keep the beer flowing until power was restored. beeryum (652), Norcross, Georgia, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 7/20 | Sep 13, 2005 Draft. Pale orange color. Weak aroma of malt. Tastes of some malt, maybe light hops, maybe honey. No full-bodied malty beer here. Totally disappointing. shadey (1501), Rochester, New York, USA

| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Aug 31, 2005 Just had this on draft at the Germania Oktoberfest, the first of many Oktoberfest festivals in the Cincinnati area. For some reason, Warsteiner brands are increasingly the only draft offerings at most of the local Oktoberfests. Medium orange color, good but too light malt flavor. This is just too lightly flavored. Not tasteless like Warsteiner Dunkel or rancid like Warsteiner "Premium" Verum, but nothing to attract a retry. zach8270 (2131), Henrietta, New York, USA

Slightly sweet aroma of malts and a touch of caramel and molasses. The taste is very light, but slightly sweet from the malts and that same hint of caramel. Very smooth. beerinmarch (2829), Washington, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 6, 2005 On tap at the Rose and Raindrop. Nice depth of malts with a touch of fruits in the malt. Pours a very transparent amber with a tall off-white head, very nice for the style. Overall very smooth and clean oktoberfest with a nice touch of fruit in the maltiness. aenimopiate (146), The United States of Texas, Texas, USA
