A very nice crisp Oktoberfest style beer. Not as sweet as other Oktoberfests and is very smooth and drinkable. This is turning into a daily drinker while it is still available. Aroma is good caramel and aged - caramel finish that is neither too sweet nor too bitter.

A really great beer. It really hit the palate during the Oktoberfest tour. I would have it again if offered

Awesome substitute for Beck’s. Beck’s is good but this is pretty darn tasty.

On tap at the Lime Spider in Akron. Good, smooth taste. Kind of pumpkiny. Went down fast.

This is probably my least favorite style of beer, this was a decent take on it though. A lot of octoberfests have that sweet, syruppy taste. This one was sweet with caramel and nuts, but had a more desirable mouthfeel, crisp and fresh with hop notes throughout.

Clear golden pour with a white head that fades quickly. Sparkling. Good lacing. Flavor is lightly sweet. our beer club rated this beer High

Pours gold with a pronounced white head that immediately gives off a floral aroma. Lots of nuttiness underneath those floral hints. Taste is caramelly with some peppery earthy splashes. Decent mouthfeel and a touch of honey on the finish.

10/4/08 On draught at Leavenworth Oktoberfest, Leavenworth, Wa. Aroma is sour with a strong caramel character. Appearance is clear gold with a moderate maintained white head . Flavor is sweet malt forward, again a bit sour, with a slight roasty finish. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with a light carb texture. Overall, an authentic but light marzen.
