Warsteiner Premium Cola

Bottle. Generic cola aroma. Dark brown color with moderate head. Sweet cola flavor with just a hint of the beer. Tastes pretty good but minimal beer flavor.

Brownish with a tiny beige head. Sweet aroma with cola, caramel and nuts. Sweet flavour with caramel, coke and nuts. Finished sweet.

Good beer with a nice fast head. Taste is sweet and keeps on going. Finishes good, served cold and you have a winner here.

I luckily had this at a beer tasting and didn’t have to drink an entire bottle. This, along with the other various newish flavored Warsteiners, is absolutely awful.

looks like cola without the bubbles and with a white head. Tastes like a cola with some hops. As with the others in the premium series, a beer to taste but not treasure.

I picked up a single bottle of this at the Binny’s in Plainfield, IL, chilled it, and crefully poured it into my Choc Beer glass. Looked okay, a deep caramel body with a tan head... that vanished almost immediately. I don’t drink soda, so this was a challenge for me. It smelled like cola with something odd, presumably a pale lager, added. It tasted like cola with an off-ness in the finish. It’s difficult to believe that this came out of a German brewery.
