Pours a medium, off white heaad, of poor duration, with minimal lacing, over a dark brown (SRM 30) clear body....nose is roasted malts with heavy cereal, bit of biscuit....taste is heavy light roasted malts with cereal, slight toffee, caramel....mouth feel is light to medium, carbonation high. This meets the style reasonably. monkeychugg55 (223), Joliet, Illinois, USA

The aroma is roasty, chocolate, lightly hopped and very sweet. The flavor is nice, but a little watery. Light to medium bodied, and on the sweet side. Not the best dunkel, but pretty enjoyable. Dark brown with an almond head, aroma is of toffee, chocolate and malts. Taste is a bit thin but it has lots of malt and some chocolate highlights. Very nice beer although there are better examples of dunkel to be found. ericandersnavy (1055), crossroads, Texas, USA

Chestnut brown with moderate white head and nice lacing.
Aroma of cherry, caramel, plum and metallic bitterness.
Cherry, caramel, toast, and metal (although not bitter). Can’t find much else to say about it, which is why this is only average.
Low carbonation with a light almost watery body.
Decent but nothing special. Could use more body or more "something" to counter the average malt profile.
