Apr 28, 2007 Hardly noticeable sweet aroma. Decent appearance with very little head retention. Average flavor with nice maltiness and mild bitter finish. Some chocolate notes. The palate is smooth and pleasant. All in all a good beer.

Apr 9, 2007 Bottle. Pours a clear brown with a small tan head. Aroma is on the yeasty/bready side, with some malt tones. Flavor is much the same. A bit on the thin side, but rather drinkable.

Mar 30, 2007 12oz bottle. Filtered and dark ruby brown. Off-white ring of head. Malty bready nose with a touch of toffee. Light to medium bodied. Easy body and nice smooth malt flavor. Crisp.
