Dec 14, 2006 A dark brown/red pour with an off white head that fades quickly. An aroma of a light chocolate lagerish thing. A flavor of light chocolate with a tad of an off not really bitter but just odd. Not a lot of flavor. A tad thin not a beer that is just barely good.

Nov 25, 2006 Mahogany color without much head. Medium consistancy. Had this beer with some pizza, with which it went well.

Nov 21, 2006 Pour is a dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is hard to find. Flavor pretty much the same. Nothing really here and so not a dunkel. Just one of these beers to fill out your make a six pack and not really worth the time.

Nov 16, 2006 i was looking forward to finally trying this.....pours a dark brown colour, exact colour of the bottle, not alot of aroma but hints of cocoa. the taste is spectacular! nicely bittered! very smooth and great aftertaste! a winner in my book.

Nov 15, 2006 Bottle - November 2006 - Thanks to GHawener. Pours a deep copper color with a nice, creamy beige head. Aroma is very slight caramel, malty. Taste is very toffee like, caramelly, almost like a scottish ale. Medium body, short aftertaste. Nice and warming.

Nov 12, 2006 Not much to smell here. Thin body and light flavor make it easy to drink. Not much malt character compared to other dunkels, though. Meh.
