On tap at Flying Saucer Little Rock. I’m not sure why this is getting such low ratings. Maybe it’s better on draft? Or maybe I have a different palate... Either way, this beer was incredibly smooth and fluffy. Thick tan had on a dark carmel body. Chocolate, raisins, clove, toasted malt, and some cola.

Dark brown with small egg shell head. Nose of malts, banana and nuts. Flavor is a bit of sweet malts, nuts, caramel...all with a slightly bitter finish. Enjoyable.

Average in its color with a normal brown. Aroma is soft with a light touch of malt. The flavor is weak with minimum notes of caramel and malt. Not memorable dunkel in mu opinion.

Pours a clear dark mahogany with a small head that lingers as a cap for a while and leaves no lacing. The aroma is nice with tons of roasted malts and a bit of smoke on top of a light breadiness. The taste is not quite as full as the aroma with a sweet maltiness that flows into a grainy aftertaste with no hops to be found. The smokiness is not as prominent as the aroma either. The mouthfeel is thin with decent carbonation. This is a decent session lager though with very little complexity. Basic but drinkable.

Translucent brown pour with thin head that quickly dissipated. Weak to moderate aroma of caramel malts. Sweet flavors of toasted malts and caramel. Thin body, carbonated sipping.

(Bottle) Pours a brown color with a fizzy head. Light malty aroma. Taste is of light caramel and toffee. A hint of nut as well. Thin mouthfeel. I am a fan of the style, but not really this one.

Bottle best by 04JUL09. Poured dark brown with a frothy tan head. Aromas of wheat, roasted malts and light spices. The flavor found some chocolate malt with a light hop background. Light to medium body, soft carbonation, sweet beginning with a light bitter ending.
