Bottle in a loud, dark indie rock club. Dark semi bitter malts. mostly caramel with a metallic sort of reflection. Not too good on the dunkle tip. Kinda like cookie tasting but not quite cookie dough. Its an easy drinker, not bad...but not great.

Pours clear brown with a smallish off white head. Aroma is malty, mainly pale malt with a lttle roasted malt in the nose as well. Taste is fairly light but the same. Not a bad beer, but a little light on the flavor side.

This one fell short of the mark. It has a weak, almost watered down flavor and did not finish well.

On tap. Pours a dark brown color with almost no head. Watery thin apperance. Aroma of smoked nuts and charcoal. Taste is of weak, burnt old coffee with slight malt under tone. Pretty bland and boring.

Pours a very dark brown, almost like a cola with a small off-white head. Aroma is roasted malt and grainy with some caramel notes. Flavor starts of grainy and a bit bland. Some of the better flavor comes towards the end with some sweetness balanced by some hop bitterness. Medium bodied. Not bad for a dunkel, but seems to mass produced to really stand out more

Sweet caramel maltiness with mild spices. Pretty rich mahogany colour with ok lacing and a small head. Effervescent on tongue despite not appearing it would be. Malty throughout the thin mouthfeel, this was easy drinking and refreshing and had a long sweet finish.

Clear brownish red, almost no head to speak of. Light bodied with moderate carbonation. Roasted caramel malt and coffee flavors. Hint of hop bitterness on the back end. Tastes like a good session beer to me.

Somewhat dark brown color. Nutty sweet aroma. Flavor is about the same. A simple but pleasant beer. Nothing exceptional, but i wouldn’t complain if you passed me one.
