Jul 23, 2002 This is by far my favorite beer! The well-roasted barleys and fresh hops each keep a distinct taste in this beer, giving it a very flavorful, mildly bitter experience. A definite must!

May 4, 2008 This was a good beer. It had all the fresh and uniquely German qualities of their regular beer, but a nice rich maltyness that made this my favorite of the two. Smooth tast, hints of tofee a satisfying but not hoppy biterness. All in All a good drink.
