Poured a hazy reddish brown with a large eggshell white head. The nose was of wheat, toffee, banana and a little skunkiness. The taste started with mild hops, bitter cocoa and toffee, while the end brought caramel and clove. The finish was sweet and slightly hoppy. The feel was medium, as was the carbonation. This one is worth drinking. It has a little more character than a lot of other macro beers, so give it shot if you get the opportunity.

Dark with little head. Nice clean and moderately rich in flavor. A great slightly above average bar beer.

i am not very impressed with this beer but it isn’t really a bad beer either. all i can say is it is a very dark beer with a decent head

Nice smooth texture - malty/swwet flavor with no bitterness. Dark color with a slightly fruity aroma. Pretty good - maybe a good session beer.

Pretty standard german dark beer. It’s nothing special but better than some.

Descent brew but Kostritzer and Spaten Optimator beat it out.

Pretty good dark beer. Nothing special about it, but its well balanced and smooth. I like it. One strange, cool thing about it is that when it warmed up, the aroma took on the strong air of apple cinnamon cookie dough, although it didn’t taste like that. Maybe its just me though...
