An average German dark beer, okay taste and body, but nothing special.

When I took a sip, I wondered where the rest of this beer was but upon further tasting , I learned to appreciate. Much lighter than I expected but was not disappointed.

Clear mahogany pour, with a red hue, the tan head was medium sized and bubble. Aroma is light, mostly sweet malts. The flavor is true to the aroma. There are hints of citrus and grass in the flavor. The Beer is light to medium bodied. Slower clean finish. I pretty enjoyable beer.

Not good, but not too bad. Won't have this one again. A little sour and very thin body.

Great beer. I am new to drinking dark beers, but this is easy to take, has some interesting flavors and doesn't sit in the gut like a rock.

Beautiful dark mahogany with a small, quickly disappating eggshell head. Lightly roasted nose with an additional aroma resembling saaz hops. Taste is of roasty malt, caramel and some hops; not much else really. Moderately sweet, not much bitterness detected in the aftertaste. Medium body with fizzy carbonation. No lacing or head retention. Overall, drinkable but nothing special.

Cheers to the boys at the Keaton for beinging this in! Pours a dark brown body with a finger of mocha coloured head that lasts. Aromas are nutty, mild coffee, malty. Taste is sweet nuts, malt, and some mild bitterness. Finish is creamy, smooth, with a mild bitter finish. A decent brew!
