Aroma is grainy sweet and biscuity, slightly metallic and skunky. Taste is sweet grain, straight up mash, but sweet and actually perfectly drinkable. One of the best non alc’s iv had. drewbeerme (2306), Chicago, Illinois, USA
| 1.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 2/10 | 2/5 | 4/20 | Feb 27, 2008 12oz bottle. wow the label hides the fact that its a NA brew pretty well. Id didnt even know until now. pours extremely light straw with white head. almost the color of water. nose is loaded with skunk, grass and hay. i guess all NA brews smell like this. flavor is skunky, watery, mildly harsh grain husky. awful but the alcohol is well hidden. skortila (2913), Bunnik, Netherlands
| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 1/5 | 7/20 | Feb 17, 2008 Bottled. Aroma and taste have maltiness and some skunky grains. Quite sweet taste. Bit empty and light bodied. Pale, yellow coloured with a thin, white head. Not really bad for a non alcoholic. Jerre (1768), Waregem, Belgium

| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 6/20 | Dec 27, 2007 Mow’s first ever, initiatory ’beer’, and it was far too hardcore for him. So I had to drink it. Back-to-back with Gouden Carolus Xmas at the swan and Rushes, Leicester. Looks like the real thing, if suspiciously anaemic. You know those beanbag-like animals you heat in the microwave and apply to aching muscles? That’s exactly what it smells like. Toasted wheat, apparently. The usual wholemeal, metal and baked bean flavours. Not quite as big a beer as the Gouden Carolus, but drinkable. kappldav123 (1882), Markkleeberg, Germany
| 1.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 4/20 | Dec 19, 2007 A terrible beer. Much too sourish and fermented. Bitter finish. Never again! Tmoney99 (4785), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA
| 1.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 2/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Dec 16, 2007 Bottle from Jungle Jim’s. Poured clear pale color with a moderate frothy white head that diminished slowly with fair lacing. Light malty aroma. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a light bitter finish of short duration.
