Warsteiner Premium Lemon

Bottle. Medium sized fizzy white head with a green tint with poor retention, spottly amounts of lacing, transparent green body, and fizzy carbonation. The aroma is sweet and lemons. The flavor is sweet, sugary, lemon soda, and a dry finish. The mouthfeel is smooth and sticky and this is a light bodied beer. Too artificial tasting for me and it is a dull and boring beer. Next!

Clear golden with a tiny white head. Sweet aroma with lemons. Flavour was sweet with lemons and lime. Finished sweet.

This beer is great, a good summerbeer with a nice taste of lemon. Drink this in the sun with good friends. I really like this beer.

This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a medium sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were long lasting and left behind a transparent strongly carbonated yellow green colored body. The aroma was astringent and skunky. The crisp mouth feel was tingly at the start with a mediumly tingly finish. The mild flavor contained notes of malt and hops. It was about like flavored water with some hops and malts thrown in to call it a beer. A horrible one that I would not buy again.

I luckily had this at a beer tasting and didn’t have to drink an entire bottle. This, along with the other various newish flavored Warsteiners, is absolutely awful.

Tasted at Sunfest 2008. Disturbing neon green color with bold lemon nose. It seems unfair to refer to this as a fruit beer, as it is really a beer with lemon soda thrown in, but why be picky at this point?

bottle - Pours an odd, clear yellow-green color with a one finger white head. There’s a mild, lemony aroma. It tastes very sugary sweet. This one definitely leans more toward lemon soda than beer. Light bodied , finely carbonated, and watery, I guess this "beer" is refreshing in a way but at least where it’s concerned, I’d rather have a real beer if I want beer and a soda if I want soda.
