The aroma is sour - as if brewing cereal has been used - but it can't be. The flavor also contains notes of grain, malt, and straws. The body is thin - but what did I expect? | 1.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Sep 4, 2008 This poured an extremely pale straw body with lots of bubbling but a short-lived fizzy head. It had a very faint aroma of cabbage and grain sugar. The sugar dominated whatever flavor the over-carbonation allowed. There were some trace hints of sweet malt. Not one to repeat.
