Flavor is exactly the same. Clean, decent German lager, and very not bad for an InBev beer. It has the makings of a decent occasional beer. Light to barely medium body and a lingering lager/ bitter finish. DWestrick (237), Ft Wayne, Indiana, USA

It has a faint malty aroma, but otherwise the aroma is very lacking. It tastes of wet dog with a hint of fusel and sweetened malt, but otherwise is pretty rank. probstk (1025), Nepean, Ontario, Canada

Long bitter aftertaste making it a good beer with food. Nothig fancy but quite solid and satisfying. TizzleJizzle (53), Garland, Texas, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Nov 6, 2009 Bottle. Poured a pale yellow color with decent head retention. Tasted like the usual German pilsener, so in other words, nothing fancy. Uninteresting palate. Overall this is a below average beer that I won’t pay for again. floydian1 (269), FNQ, Australia
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Nov 3, 2009 330ml bottle. A clear light golden beer with a small white head. Nose of grainy sweet malts and faint citrus. Flavours are similar with little hop presence to speak of. Light to medium bodied with a slick mouthfeel and lowish carbonation. An unremarkable pilsner.
