hckyfi77 (2), Netherlands does not count Mar 26, 2009 I buy cases of this quite frequently. Decent beer. Not overly flavorful or aromatic. Pours with a very little head, and neither bitter nor sweet at all. Pretty standard all around. I prefer it to Heineken or Grolsch, so tend to buy it here more often. nhamilton (58), Cibolo, Texas, USA Mar 23, 2009 Had this one right after the dunkel. Pours to a light tan head of medium size. Goes down smooth enough, but leaves a slight aftertaste. The Aroma is that of wheat or barely. MrBunn (1520), Western, Pennsylvania, USA Mar 21, 2009 Bottle. Pours a fairly transparent gold with little head and aromas of skunky hops and wheat. Flavor isn’t very good in this bottle. Skunky hops with a bit of cloves or something and some white sugar. coyotehunter (542), , Michigan, USA Mar 21, 2009 Odors of grain and cigarette ash. Pours a light yellow with a thin little head. Taste is similar to aroma leaning heavily towards ash. Not so good. VAAC (29), Middlebury, Indiana, USA Mar 21, 2009 Not much I can think of to say about this, everyone seems to have hit the nail on the head so far. Just a barely passable, very Bud Light flavored beer. davegore (200), liverpool, Merseyside, England Mar 18, 2009 Pours a very light yellow, only a very thin head which leaves a slight lace on the glass, some malt in the mouth, not too gassy which was a surprise and a slightly bready finish...still head and shoulders better than most UK brewed ’continental’ lagers fiver29 (703), Cleveland, Ohio, USA Mar 14, 2009 On tap pours golden color with off white head. Has a grassy and grainy aroma. Medium light mouthfeel. Flavor is bread, grass, and some sweet malt. Overall a descent brew. savnac (394), Palmer, Alaska, USA Mar 14, 2009 On tap. Smells of grass and grain. Gold in color with a small white head. The taste is malty and sweet with a bitter finish. Clean crisp mouth feel that finishes slightly dry. This a good easy drinking beer.
