Bottle from well meaning relatives. Bog standard German pils which tasted pleasent enough washing down a take away curry.

Bottle, straw yellow pour. Some head to it but not a lot. Very crisp and clean. Weak in aroma and flavor, but it is drinkable.

500 mL Can. Pours a clear bright yellow with a small white head quickly subsiding to a foamy film but leaving good lace on the sides. The aroma is sweet malt, hay, grains, a light grassyness about it, and a faint hint of honey and floral and an innuendo of lemon rind. The flavor is sweet malt with a bitter finish that is well balanced with the malt. The hops come through in the aftertaste but not too overpowering. Smooth carbonation and a somewhat lingering hop aftertaste that I think fits the style. This is one German Pils I really like. A good beer for the money. Prosit!

Bottle... I had a decent review put together in my mind, but instead, I’ll simplify: German pilsener.

Yellow with a medium head. Malty aroma with a touch of caramel, a little hops and weak DMS. Malty flavour with a sweet touch. Well hopped.

Straw body and think white head. Nose of corn and straw, with light floral hop. Taste was very grassy and bitter. Slight metallic aftertaste. Ill be skipping it next time.

330ml bottle, six pack from LCBO. Pour golden with thick head. Typically nice bready/citrus aroma. Sweet taste with a nice balancing bitterness in the end. An above average brew better than most Euro lagers available at the LCBO.

Bottle. Pours a clear light gold with a three finger dense white head. The nose is sweet malt and light hops. Taste is pretty much the same. Medium mouth feel. Not earth shattering, but a refreshing sessionable brew.
