This is one of my least favorite beers from germany. Maybe its due to the skunkiness bottles

Light yeast aroma without much else in that department. Light golden radiance. Crisp and refreshing with noble hop overtones. Light feel on the palate with a refreshing moisture aftertase. Overall average, a crisp, bitter refreshment.

25 cL bottle on a Lufthansa flight to Bologna. Pours pale to golden clear yellow with lasting white head. Hay and grassy cardboard aroma, somewhat dusty. Soft carbonated mouthfeel. Flavour has a mild malt sweetness but is dominated by a grassy bitterhops flavour, not too sharp though. Ends mild and dry.

500ml can.
Pours a shining yellow gold. fair head. Quickly escaping. Smells of corn and pils hops with a little sweetness. Sticky cloying and creamy mouthfeel. Taste is sweet and corny. Not great at all. I generally like pilseners but this one is pushing it for me.

On tap at Redlefsen’s in Bristol RI. Yellow clear light too easy to drink beer. I’m guessing this is Germany’s Bud since i saw an ad on the menu that says its their #1 selling beer over there. Well its much better than any thing Bud makes put its just on ok pils.

Crisp aroma. Flavor is clean and hoppy with lingering bitter aftertaste. A good solid pils.

Sitting on a 10 hour plane flight and this is being served, well I guess I will pass the time a bit by writing a review. Pours with a medium head that fades into a decent lacing. Color is crystal clear pee-yellow with a few bubbles shooting up the beer. Aroma is all-that nasty pilsner-corn, really spot on for European macro and even goes into South American crap lager territory. Taste is a saving grace, by that I mean it’s just very bland. If you look hard enough you could find some sweet apple followed by pear and ends with corn. Low bitterness with average carbonation, light and very watery.
33cl bottled on 29/05/07, small clear Luftansa plastic cup.

This was a very poor beer. The aroma was unnoticeable and the color looks like piss with a soft head. Though the flavor is suprisingly rich but doesn’t match the look at all.
