A nice aroma of grassy and grainy notes. The flavor was full of very clean and easygoing hops, some malt, and lots of grass and light Saaz hops in the finish. Very. very quaffable. Nice and simple, but good. illinismitty (1795), Nashville, Tennessee, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Aug 24, 2007 Bottle. Pours golden with a white head. Aroma of pale malts with a weak amount of spicy hops. Light bodied with a somewhat thin texture, but not as bad as the american macro versions. Compared to the Bitburger I just had, this has less bitterness and sweetness and a touch more dryness on the finish. ucusty (1879), Wake Forest, North Carolina, USA

Sits well on the palate with a very pleasant taste. Nothing spectacular but not a bad choice. I liked it because it didnt taste watered down like some other pilseners.
