Jul 15, 2007 Aroma of light cooked (or bready?) malt accompanied by some hop. Brassy gold color with a white head that went flat fast. Medium bodied. A bit strongly carbonated. Starts with a fruity sweetness that suggests grape. Not enough bitter to balance. An ok drink, but it’s a bit malty. Needs bitter. The malt keeps the finish from being crisp.

Jul 6, 2007 Golden body with a large fluffy white head. Aroma is light malty, honey, earthy. Taste is sweet malt, with wet grains and hops. Decent Pils, nothing special though.
