raymondwave (867), Finland Dec 29, 2006 Pretty average german beer. Quite easy on the hops compared to regional beers and short aftertaste. Easy drinking, but nothing bad. Borup (1345), Albertslund, Denmark Dec 29, 2006 Bottle. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma and flavour of hops and malt with a short bitter finish. jason (1620), Easton, Pennsylvania, USA Dec 26, 2006 Bottle. Good appearance of pale blonde with a good size head. Decent flavor of spices. Smooth but not really flavorfull. Too much of a watery feel and aftertaste. pinballpete (11), Canada Dec 24, 2006 Nice clean golden colour, good aroma, mild flavor of hops, a nice tasing Pilsner goozen (1061), Leiden, Netherlands Dec 23, 2006 My favorite commercial pilsener. A great golden beer with a great thick head. Just the right bitterness and a aroma of baked bread. btownman028 (8), USA does not count Dec 18, 2006 I love this beer. The Dunkel offering is far better, of course, but this regular Warsteiner is a great beer to sip as well. It is, in my opinion, the best of the major German regular beers. Soft and easy on the palate with hints of maize and subtle wheat. Enjoy many! Stefano (1321), Esbjerg, Denmark Dec 16, 2006 Pale yellow, small white head. Aroma is maizy and ricy, with hints of hops. Flavor is a syrup laced with malt. Kinda thick on the swallow. Not very good. The Bud of Germany.
Duffrock88 (7), Canada does not count Dec 12, 2006 A hint of apple, white wine and corn aroma. A sweet smelling beer. Virtually no head, but a sparkling body that is a bright pale-yellow. An initially moderate bitter and light sweet flavour with a light bitter short finish. A light and dry beer whose flavour may be enhanced by a meal (chicken, fish). A crisp German Pilsner
