Jun 14, 2007 A Sim rate (Draught at Lucia’s 70th shindig): Smells of hops and malt and is surprisingly not too offensive. Appearance is watery and fizzy with no head at all. Flavour is malty but bland, slightly citric with an almost unpleasant finish.

May 7, 2006 Very pale yellow, extremely clear with beautiful bubbles. Good foamy clear white head. Aroma is mostly malty with citric undertones. The taste is more complicated. Quite dry and harsh with limtited sweetness. A little bitterness that stays for a while.
