Bottle. Pale color pour, aroma and taste are classic German Pilsener. Nothing outstanding about this beer, though it is very drinkable.

In Leipiz, Germany. Draft. Came clear and light yellow. Some hops and decent nose. Decent mouthfeel. A really basic pils that is so common in Germany. Always good, but rarely great. But always enjoyable. Why can’t they makes pilsner like this in the US?

Pours a clear golden color with a medium white head. A nice aroma of grassy and grainy notes. The flavor was full of very clean and easygoing hops, some malt, and lots of grass and light Saaz hops in the finish. Very. very quaffable. Nice and simple, but good.

This one can really hit the spot on a hot summer day. Better than your regular BMC crap, but still nothing really extraordinary. A cornflake nose with a light grassy hop character. Bright pee-yellow like color with a thin fluffy white head. Flavor is light cornflake and very light grassy hops. Finishes clean with little to no aftertaste. Easy drinking, hardly complex. Great German lawnmower beer.

Golden blond coloured beer with some light carbonation and a rather small white head. LIght grassy sweet hoppy aroma. Medium palate. FInish is light bitter, somewhat hoppy. Not bad.

Clear, pale golden color with a decent head. Aroma is slightly grainy with a bit of pils malt and light hops. Taste is cheap and adjuncty (is that a word?) Not something I would seek out.

(Canned, thanks Gnoff) Pours pale golden. Light skunk-ish aroma with hoppy tones of herbs mostly but also some grass and maybe some flowers. Malty and grainy with notes of bread and hay. Medium sweet with notes of marzipan. Medium sweet flavour with some hoppy tones. Light bitter and sourish. Malty, light bitter and some tiny off flavours in the finish. Decent, nothing more.
