| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 5/5 | 5/10 | 5/5 | 10/20 | Jul 17, 2004 Crystal clear light golden body w/ a lasting pure white head. Aroma is floral hop and clean grainy malt. Flavor’s well balanced throughout w/ a dry finish & clean hop flavored aftertaste. M/f is lighter bodied, highly carbonated and lightly biting from carbonation. Probably the BMC beer of Germany, but I’d take this over BMC anyday. Light, refreshing, and actually tastes like beer. | 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Nov 12, 2006 Bottle. Mid-gold with a thin white head. The beer itself is very lively, quite carbonated, bubbles away for some time. Nose is wheaty, hay and grass. Taste is sweet, malty, but also refreshing and easy drinking. Palate is sweet, but unobtrusive. Quite a refreshing drink. desurfer (1067), Pinellas Park, Florida, USA

Nice pale golden color. Weak head. Pleasant bit of sweetness. Slight hop bite in the finish complimented by just the right amount of carbonation. | 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 23, 2004 12 oz. snap cap brown, longneck bottle. Best before date of 11 Aug 04. So, not the freshest beer I ever bought or drank. Poured out a golden yellow color, with a minimal white head. It quickly slid back to just a thin matting barely covering the top of the beer. Aromas are of faint malts, some residual sweetness, and yeast. Even though it’s a filtered beer, it still reeks of yeast. Slight DMS aromas are also evident. Mouthfeel is on the thin side. Tastes are mostly of DMS, watery malts, and no hops. I can’t taste any hops in this beer at all. Too sweet and too mainstream for me.
