Dan brought this to the Islands ’05’. Too hoppy for a summer drink like the rest we had. FastEddie (182), Louisville, Kentucky, USA

Not too bad for a pretty commercial beer made for more popular tastes and mass consumption. I still enjoy simple beers like this from time to time. MTNMAN509 (14), Goleta, California, USA

A good balance of hop dryness and maltyness that goes down pretty easy. Good beer in general. CEZ (369), Milano, Italy
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Feb 18, 2003 Clear in color, with a lot of bubbles coming up and a medium-sized white head (define pilsner). This one has just enough flavor and a balanced malt/hops combination: refreshing but not too watery. Satisfying finish. I usually like this kind of beers, and this one is OK for me. hotstuff (3175), Indiana, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | May 20, 2003 This pilsner poured a medium head that dissolved quickly. The carbonation could be seen rising to the top. It had a fruity aroma. The body was yellow. It had a bitter taste and an aftertaste that lingered. tiggmtl (4311), Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jan 16, 2004 Mild grain aroma and flowery hops. Clear golden colour with plenty of bubbles and thick white head that sticks to the sides of the glass as it recedes. Mild bitterness and gentle cereal flavour with a slight sweetness and subtle pepperiness in the finish.Body is very light and refreshing. This a very good if somewhat simple beer. Bottle.
