However, the canned crapola that we tend to get ’cross the pond is nothing close, somehow. So my rating is very conflicted. Please forgive me, Germanians! dortmunder (961), Herdecke, Germany

Noticeable about this beer is that it is very smooth and not very bitter for a german premium pilsener. Tastes more like Lager than like a Pilsener from the northern part of Germany. But still pretty nice. Re-rate: After having several of these in the last time, I also noticed the smoothness, which makes this a Pilsener that is enjoyable even after the 3rd and 4th one. One of the few German beers that I can easily find in most stores. Far better than its American counterpart, special but not amazing. Straling (189), Heerlen, Netherlands

This is together with Alfa pilsener my beer for any time.
Tastes great and definetly one of my favourite pilseners.
Pours a beautiful golden colour with a good size head and nice carbonation.
Smell is very hoppy and the taste is hoppy and nicely bittered.
Only dissappointing thing is that the aftertaste. which isn’t too pleasant, sticks around for too long.
