Commercial Description:

Draught at EsBF09. Moldy aroma, smells a lot like a moist cellar. Almost clear amber brown colour. Moldy and caramelly flavour. The mold is not so bad in the flavour as in the aroma. Seems to have a good malt base, but the mold ruins it for me.

The color is bronze and the head is creamy. The aroma is slightly sour with notes of malt, yeast and perfumed fruit, mostly apple peal. The flavor is rather sweet with notes of malt, yeast, apple, apple peel and the finish is slightly dry.

On tap. Pours a clear warm amber golden with an off-white head. Spicy almost gingery nose. Medium body, lightly sweet malt and caramel but everything is completely overpowered by very distinct fusty accents, Sweet Jesus, please clean your brewery! The finish is dry. 221009

Draught at Dronning Louise, Esbjerg. Clear deep golden colour with a nice big fairly well lasyting white head leaving a good lacing. Aroma of yeast, malt and some caramel, bit hoppy. Good mouthfeel. The flavour is sweet with yeast malt, caramel, some frutiness, bit of spice, little orange,

Tap @ Ølfestival, Esbjerg, 2009.
Pours clear amber with a small, creamy, staying, off-white head. Aroma has light yeast, caramel, some cardboard and a subdued spicy note. Medium to high carbonation, okay mouthfeel. Flavour has lots of cardboard, lightly vinious, some fruit and toasted caramel. Not really any good.
