Jun 15, 2007 Københavnske Øldage 07. Red/brown with a malty spicy aroma - a lot of anise. The flavour is sweetish with notes of malt, spice, berry acidity and anise - and to much of it. Anise and ginger both are items, that should stay out of beers - IMO. 25/29

May 28, 2007 CBF07 sample from tap. Pours deep orange with white head. Aroma is herbal and spicy. Flavour is bitterhops and spicy, I cannot note make out the spice. Finish is dry.
