Light amber - small head. Aroma of malt and some spices. Flavor is of caramel and malt but with a dryness that dominates. Bitterness is low.

As [Blå Vands Ølet]. Light unclear medium amber orange color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lancing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, acidic - sour malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
