Commercial Description:

Botella. Unclear amber red, short head. Aroma of caramel and chocolate with toasty malt, bit tart. Poor mouthfeel. The flavour is sweet and mildly bitter with chocolate, toasted malt and caramel along with some tart dark frutiness. Slight infection.

On tap at Århus Ølfestival. Served a clear amber body with a small, off-white head. Sweetish, cellarish nose with some caramel and fruits, and a faint note reminding med of the inside of a hen-house. Sweet, caramel flavor with fruits and some cellar, leading to a fruity finish. Full body. Strange. (080516)

Bottle, bought @ SuperBest, Christiansfeld.
Brown amber colour, rather big, but very fizzy off white head. Aroma is sweet, based on caramel, but with a nice flowery and spicy touch to it. Lowish carbonation. Flavour is lightly fruity tart... perhaps a bit infected... some slight caramel... Not very nice...

Amber color. Aroma of cereals, barley or corn shoots. Some sweetness, malt, caramel, flowerbuds; original. Not much bitterness. Odd, simple but pleasant.
