This one is awesome considering it's from Utah, but given it's name, I think it's rebelling against the laws they're bound by. This lager has plenty of hops to keep the beer interesting with a well matched subtle malty body. It looks like a lager and goes down easy like a lager, but it sure doesn't taste like the ones I've had. Good job on this one guys. goldtwins (4084), Nesconset, New York, USA

OK head with a white film that lasts to the bottom of the glass. Light aroma, possibly grass. Not bad. Easily drinkable. Could drink a pitcher of this watching a game. Good smooth body. Some light hops. Something to say for simplicity.
