Dec 25, 2008 Clear golden with medium white head. Hints of malt in the nose. Flavour likewise with a sweet finish.

Aug 6, 2008 12oz bottle acquired in trade with douglas88 (thanks!). Poured a lighter and slightly hazy yellow color with a smaller sized white head. Aromas of grains and lightly grassy. Tastes of grains, corn, and a trace of citrus. Thin body.

May 20, 2008 Bottle courtesy of douglas88. Pours gold with a white head. Smells perfumy with some floral hints and dry malt. Tastes of caramel, sweet citrus, some bitter hints, touches of toast. Nice!

Jun 16, 2003 NABA Beer Fest 03: Wow, one of my favorite lagers to date. This one is awesome considering it's from Utah, but given it's name, I think it's rebelling against the laws they're bound by. This lager has plenty of hops to keep the beer interesting with a well matched subtle malty body. It looks like a lager and goes down easy like a lager, but it sure doesn't taste like the ones I've had. Good job on this one guys.

Apr 21, 2007 Poured a hazy gold with a medium white head. Grainy aroma with light corn. mostly dry malty flavor. Grainy. Lgiht bodied with a very light bitterness on the finish.

Aug 19, 2007 Mixed case picked up in Vegas after seeing it in every store for a week. Yellow beer. OK head with a white film that lasts to the bottom of the glass. Light aroma, possibly grass. Not bad. Easily drinkable. Could drink a pitcher of this watching a game. Good smooth body. Some light hops. Something to say for simplicity.
