Dec 6, 2008 This was a pretty bad ass brew. I picked it up as part of a sampler pack. Light golden in color with a nice white head and a slightly hoppy aroma. Very crisp tasting with a nice grassy hop aftertaste. I was very impressed with this beer and cant wait to try more wasatch brews.

Jun 16, 2003 NABA Beer Fest 03: Wow, one of my favorite lagers to date. This one is awesome considering it's from Utah, but given it's name, I think it's rebelling against the laws they're bound by. This lager has plenty of hops to keep the beer interesting with a well matched subtle malty body. It looks like a lager and goes down easy like a lager, but it sure doesn't taste like the ones I've had. Good job on this one guys.

Mar 12, 2008 Golden straw color with a nice foamy head. Sweet malt, earthy aroma. Lightly smooth and creamy texture in the taste. Has the characteristics of a bohemian lager. Not too bitter and mild. Not bad coming from Utah.

Apr 30, 2008 Poured a clear golden straw color with a thick, white head. The nose is fresh with grains and grassy hops. The taste was sweet malts with lots of grassy notes followed by lemony citrus flavors and finished with bitter hops. This is a complex american lager, much better than I expected

Mar 7, 2007 Not much aroma or head. REally a simple, pleasant beer for drinking and/or pounding. Nothing bad in the finish. Nice.

May 20, 2008 Bottle courtesy of douglas88. Pours gold with a white head. Smells perfumy with some floral hints and dry malt. Tastes of caramel, sweet citrus, some bitter hints, touches of toast. Nice!

Jun 26, 2007 From a twist-off 12 oz. bottle, no freshness date, sampled at cellar temperature in a lager glass.
Poured a clear lager golden with a tight foamy white head, quickly dissipates into a fine, slightly sudsy lacing.
All-malt lager aromas, very grainy, a light sweet pale maltiness, some musty grassiness.
Good carbonation, a steady flow of micro bubbles, and a crisp, dry, very smooth light-medium bodied mouthfeel.
I’m a lager fan and this meet all my needs, tasty and balanced, quite easy to drink, tastes of honey graininess, a lot graininess, a touch of dry Munich malts, more honey sweet than malty sweet, a subtle lemony with a brisk bitterness, and a dry grainy finish, very enjoyable, refreshing on this hot, humid midwestern summer day.
