Light color with almost no head. The apricot taste does dominate, but not so much that it is a wine cooler. Very drinkable, though perhaps a bit more body would be an improvement. More bite needed to equal the sweetness. Overall, a nice Hefe.

very light yellow/cloud pour with light tight head - apricot aroma and very strong apricot taste followed by a small amount of wheat/malt. The apricot completely dominates.

While I feel my opinion is based strictly on the beer in question I guess that other factors must play into the equation and this one may be some version of erverse psychology or whatever it may be called as I thought this would likely suck. The apricot was pronounced, but not dominant which I liked. The hefe was clean, but either TOO clean or so subtle that the apricot covered anything I would be able to pick up. A good summer beer, but as it was the coldest Easter on record in Texas ..

Too thin to be a great Hefe, but a good fruit beer. Apricot is the major aroma and flavor.

Bottle: Very hazy yellow color, light large bubbles on the thin head with a bit of lacing. The nose is sweet and fruity with some esters balanced by a nice layer of apricot and a bit of musky wheat. Nice combination of wheat and fruit to give a pseudo german wheat beer. The flavor is a bit more extract-ish with some sweet sticky apricot and light bitterness, a bit much carbonation. There’s some additional vanilla in the nose as it warms up. The finish is a bit tangy, creamy and some odd proteins that make it nice. Thanks to my girlfriend for getting this beer for me in SLC.

Pretty much smells like apricots. The taste is actually pretty good. Not very wheaty but it’s there. It has just the right amount of apricots and is drinkable.

Bottle sampled with beerded_one, from his west coast connection. Pours slightly hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of apricots and sweetness. The flavor is sweet, apricots, and sugar. Thin body, ok brew
