Wasatch Blueberry Hefeweizen

Finally, I captured the elusive Blueberry Hefe. This beer is only available at Iggy’s restaurants in Salt Lake City. Pours a clear orange color with a small white head. Very cold. A light blueberry and wheat aroma. The flavor is very light; mostly grainy and wheat flavors, some light berries. Not bad, but nothing special.

on tap-pours a white head and slightly hazy yellow color. Aroma is blueberry, wheat. Taste is blueberry, wheat, light hops (saaz/Magnum?)-aromatic. Good effervescence.
